Video Support Raising Communication Tool

Online video to communicate with your supporters and potential supports is easy and fun. For an example - here is my video support raising clip we did for our YWAM work:





All you need is a digital camera or webcam, and then follow the instructions that services like YouTube provide.

Video support raising, when done well, can keep relationships going stronger with your current supporters also. Human nature (particulary in America) tends to be "out of sight, out of mind," and then support drops off. By putting your video support raising in front of people, it is the next best thing to giving a live report.

Try to be creative and fun when you do your video - don't just sit in front of your webcam and babble. Prepare and plan. Bring in elements of the culture you are working in or reaching out to.
