Christian Missionary
Christian missionary organizations like YWAM, Campus Crusade for Christ, Wycliffe, etc. require you raise support. Whether you are just starting out with a DTS in YWAM, are a seasoned veteran of Campus Crusade for Christ, or not officially associated with any organization, working on your financial aid by raising support will pay great dividends. The more you believe in what you are doing and understand the dynamics of Christian missions and the fund raising activities needed for your calling, the more FUN your work will become. I started out in full time Christian work with the Assemblies of God in the 1980s. Since then we pioneered a church in Rockford Illinois called Forest City Fellowship which is still going strong and supporting us in our missions work. After taking several short term missions trips, and helping other missionaries with support raising and web development, we decided to become full time Christian missionaries in 2005 through YWAM - Youth With a Mission. We did our DTS, Discipleship Training School, and have been in the field since. We will take an in-depth look at YWAM, and how best to fund not only your DTS, but also how to raise support and have a great budget for Christian Missions. Links:

We believe we are living in the last days, and the times to come will be both exciting and challenging. One of our greatest challenges will be the spread of Islam.
